OMG.. Red camera company is coming out with a 3K handheld camera for 3 grand!! It has full manual mode which is exactly what I need for stop motion. And its more compact size is ideal for pan and scan and small works for my animation.  And cause it is more compact, I can film more places and afford the stedicam unit and all the other stuff as early as next spring! SO!! I need idea's for my first project! 20 minutes is the max. And limited to 5 characters max. I am needing a unique story line characters and placement setting..(preferably outdoors or highly local public area's.) Established characters are welcome with permission from owners. This is NON PROFIT will be shown on YouTube and available in Standard dvd, 720P HD., 1080P HD and crystal clear 2K formats. 

 well i only have a coupple idea's now. writing them down for my own memory and any comments or idea's are welcome:

2: riverdance ... YES i like riverdance. and the absence of objects blocking the movements is ideal to learn how to move multiple objects at the same time. i can also greenscreen the entire set and add a stage in aftereffects..

I NEED screenplays!!! I am looking for screenplays to read and choose from. 5 min - 10 min 15 min and 1/2 hour screenplays that I can convert into stopmotion practice sets.

Please be aware that the characters will not be human. or alien. They are "Talking animals" or Furries So species and the way species act in real life need to be taken into concideration.

Please have an outside location. Or a public accessible and filmable location. As I am making all my stop motion animation on a green screen. I first film all the backgrounds having friends fill in for where the puppets will actually be. Then I insert the actuall puppets into the scene and add any effects needed.

Please limit the amount of actual characters present.. As none of my characters will be animated. All will be stop motion puppets

I would LOVE mideval sets. with armor and fighting. As well as drama laden shorts. Comedy is ok, but pulling that off is not really my style.

This is my new Professional Journal, It will cronicle my advances into various feilds of Stop-Motion Animation, Digital 3D, HD Cinema, Puppeteering, and everything else that goes along with Stop-Motion Animation.

I am starting a new journal as RedStripe Studios name is taken by a recording studio and I do not want to infringe on them. RS studios is also taken.

Also I will include the rarer forays into fursuit building. Rarer as I am not really that interested in making things for a community like the one I was making them for. Plus I have other idea's and I want to devote all my time, my free time, to that instead. Fursuit and con video i shoot will also appear here.

To start the Journal it will be mostly wishlists on items that I will over time purchase as I learn. And will describe what I am to do with the stuff, as well as describe the programs I want to take to advance in these feilds.

I do take paypal donations. As most of what I want and the equipment costs are .. very high. If I finish any major project, any who has helped me will be thanked. And if I make any money, anyone who has helped me will be reimbursed.. A lot more then they donated. (Receipts available)
